Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with the team to conduct market research and support market entry strategies for targeted regions.
- Proactively search and reach out to potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, Email, marketing tools provided by the company, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging emails, phone calls, and social media to introduce Rikkei's services and understand client needs.
- Analyze client requirements and identify pain points to determine how Rikkei's solutions can effectively address them.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendars with potential clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of new and potential clients in CRM tools such as HubSpot, ensuring all customer information is updated and tracked properly.
- Support Team Lead/Account Manager in nurturing client relationships and assisting with project-related matters when needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to prepare insightful client and market reports.
- Fluent in English, Japanese, or Korean
- Diplomatic ability, fondness and good communication skills, flexible problem - solving ability
