Night Shift Guest & Butler Support
Work primarily on the night shift to support the Butler in Maison Privée operations.
Assist the Butler with guest requests and service activities when physical assistance is required.
Support guest escort and movement between Maison Privée Lounge, guestrooms, lobby, and other hotel areas.
Assist with luggage handling for Maison Privée guests during late arrivals and departures.
Respond promptly to guest assistance requests received during the night shift.
Provide support during late-night guest arrivals, departures, and VIP guest movements.
Support the Butler in situations requiring luggage handling, transportation, delivery, or other physical assistance.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and discreet manner when interacting with Maison Privée guests.
Guest Delivery & Butler Service Support
Deliver amenities, documents, parcels, messages, food and beverage items, and other requested items to guestrooms.
Assist the Butler with delivery of guest requests when additional support is required.
Assist with guest transportation arrangements and vehicle coordination when required.
Support guest requests related to pressing, shoe care, turndown preparation, and other Butler services when assigned.
Collect and return guest belongings or service items promptly.
Ensure all deliveries are handled discreetly, accurately, and professionally.
Maison Privée Lounge Night Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated Maison Privée service areas during the night shift.
Assist with closing and securing designated lounge and service areas in accordance with operating procedures.
Check and report any operational issues, equipment problems, maintenance matters, or safety concerns.
Assist the Butler with preparing the Lounge and service areas for the following operating period.
Support emergency or unexpected guest situations and immediately inform the responsible supervisor.
Ensure hotel safety, security, and service procedures are followed at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Club Lounge Manager or Management.

Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý bếp căng tin, bếp phục vụ số lượng lớn, nhà hàng Hàn Quốc hoặc khách sạn 4-5 sao.
Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về vận hành bếp, quản lý nguyên vật liệu và kiểm soát chi phí.
Giao tiếp tiếng Hàn tốt, có khả năng trao đổi trực tiếp với quản lý Hàn Quốc trong công việc.
Có kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, phân công công việc và xử lý tình huống.
Nắm rõ các quy định về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.
Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc tốt.
