Job Description
Role Overview
SmartOSC is seeking a Operation Executive - Site Merchandising to develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with technology vendors, platform partners, or strategic alliances. This role plays a critical part in driving pipeline generation, strengthening market positioning, and creating new business opportunities through partner channels.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Support the daily e-commerce operations of a leading global premium sportswear brand, ensuring smooth business operations across websites and mobile applications.
- Manage site merchandising activities, including product launches, collection updates, and content maintenance.
- Support promotional campaigns through operational readiness, and campaign tracking.
- Prepare reports, analyze performance, and provide operational insights.
- Communicate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
- Propose ideas to improve operational efficiency and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce operations is required.
- Good understanding of site merchandising or e-commerce merchandising processes
- Strong analytical thinking with experience in reporting, data analysis, and presenting insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English
- Experience or strong interest in the sportswear, streetwear, or sports industry is a strong advantage.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
