Provide technical and solution support for overseas sales, energy, and IDC product delivery and operations & maintenance (O&M).
Handle major product issues and deliver detailed problem analysis reports.
Inspect power products before handover to the customer.
Verify power functions with the customer, collect feedback, and report requested features to the R&D team for product optimization.
