Mô tả công việc
- Control, evaluate the implementation of compliance with the prescribed process of projects at the departments according to their standards;
- Control progress, warn and detect problems that may affect the project progress;
- Synthesize, make statistics, analyze and report data according to required standards; thereby presenting risks, problems and recommendations for implementation;
- Perform tasks related to process management as assigned by the department leader/head of the department;
- Support the projects to comply with the software development process according to the Agile - Scrum model;
- Participate in the development and implementation of CMMi and periodic ISO audit;
- Support training activities; Consult and propose to build a process suitable to the actual projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
Must have
- University degree in Information Technology or related field;
- Minimum 6 months professional experience in QA in software outsourcing companies;
- Understanding of software development life cycle and project management
- Knowledge of CMMI, ISO 27000, ISO 9000 and ability to apply to work
- Good ability to data collection and analysis
- Good skills in time management, planning, document compiling
- Good communication skill and teamwork
- Logical thinking and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Good at English
- Understanding of 5 Why, Fishbone, CAR, Control Chart, Cause & Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart, Scrum process
- Proactive seeks learning opportunities beyond current requirements.
