Essential Responsibilities
1. Develop New Accounts:
• Create and deliver detailed technical sales presentations to customers.
• Provide engineering support and recommend appropriate company products and applications.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enter new markets with potential customers.
• Conduct on-site meetings with customers to review specifications, requirements, and proposals.
• Collaborate with product specialists to offer the most competitive solutions.
2. Nurture Existing Customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Strengthen customer loyalty and enhance satisfaction levels.
• Achieve in-depth technical knowledge of all company products and services to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Drive product sales performance and development.
3. Client-Specific Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand product specifications and improvement needs.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Monitor competitor products and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve objectives and support business growth.
4. Achieve Assigned Objectives
• Submit monthly reports detailing sales activities and individual performance.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for assigned areas.
• Conduct regular customer visits to meet sales targets and provide after-sales support.
• Expand customer base and market share by staying informed on market trends and economic indicators

Yêu cầu công việc

A. Functional Skills & Knowledge
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong selling, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills (preferably in laboratory instruments or QA/QC for Biology, Food, or Cosmetics).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

C. Education
• Diploma or Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Technical English proficiency.
D. Work Experience
• Minimum 2 years in sales, customer service, or QA/QC related to microbiology.
• Familiarity with modern microbiological testing methods in food or pharma.
• Experience with products from Biomerieux, 3M, Hygiena, Merck, Oxoid, or similar brands.
