1. Male. Age from 22 to 35 year-olds.
2. University graduated (Environment /Chemical technology equipment & machinery)
3. Experienced in Water, wastewater project (Yêu cầu: có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xử lý nước thải và nước sạch)
4. English skill: Tiếng Anh cơ bản, đủ để đọc hiểu và viết báo cáo, mail khi cần
5. Self-study motivation, working independently, strong leadership
6. Work under high pressure
