Exciting positions for Fresh Graduate Engineers at B. Braun Vietnam
1. Operational Excellence Position:
- Assist in initiating, identifying, planning, and collaborating/executing activities related to cost-saving projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardization & Visualization, Reporting, Digitalization: Assist in reporting performance indicators and achievement of business objectives to related stakeholders (local/global), ensuring timely and accurate data updates; Support the operational team in fixing issues related to digital platforms and systems.
2. R&D position:
- Test Coordinator: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring test activities to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Project Management: Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Equipment management: Help manage and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Process Digitalization: Assist in the implementation of digital tools and technologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
3. Quality Management Position:
Be responsible for the documentation management system of B. Braun Viet Nam in compliance with requirements of standards, divisional requirements, and other requirements:
• Uploading, maintaining, filing, archiving, distribution, and retrieval of B. Braun internal and external documentation.
• Perform periodical document review, update document changes of Division for harmonization.
• Review and revise documents related to documentation management system if required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from Universities with Chemical Engineering/Material science (plastics technology)/Control Engineering and Automation/Technical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering background
- Prefer candidates with IT skills related to Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate/Macro, VB Scrip in Excel
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Creativeness for problem solving is an advantage
