As Production Leader, I guarantee the availability of products at the best ratio Quality / Leadtime / Price / Environmental.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure Accessories/Packaging delivered in qualified quality, with committed supply service.
• Accessories/Packaging developed in qualified quality on time.
• Lead projects with Suppliers to increase & maintain their performance.
• Ensure my Suppliers adapt minimum Decathlon's compliance requirements in Social Responsibility - Environment - Quality.
• Plan & push Global to Local projects.
• Be the part of a dynamic worldwide network, I will continuously interact with Suppliers, Internal customers and Worldwide Accessories/Packaging team.

• Proven Experience & Technical Knowledge: Accessories / Component industry experience is a massive plus.
• Good Communication: You communicate with clarity and confidence in English. Chinese is a plus.
