JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Provide consultation to customers via phone and arrange suitable trial classes according to their needs.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and the Pancake chat application.
Coordinate class openings and schedule classes accordingly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Support team members when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in sales.
Proficient in Thai language.
Able to work full-time, 6 days a week (online work).
Good writing and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and disciplined in work.
Energetic, proactive, and possess a "can-do" attitude (always ready for new challenges).
Clear goal-oriented, hardworking, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
Working hours: Monday to Friday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).
