This position is open to both local and international candidates. English is the primary working language. Visa and work permit support may be provided for qualified foreign professionals in accordance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain and regularly update the Chemical of Concern (CoC) list to ensure alignment with latest regulatory requirements.
- Complete and submit new substance notifications in accordance with regional and global chemical regulations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the regulation database, ensuring accuracy and updated information.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation of Regulations
- Track global and regional regulatory changes, including chemical management, environmental, and product safety regulations for Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar.
- Evaluate potential impacts of regulatory updates on the company's products, processes, and supply chain.
- Communicate regulatory changes, risks, and compliance requirements to relevant internal stakeholders.
3. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide support in SDS (Safety Data Sheet) preparation, review, and compliance checks.
- Assist with GHS labeling requirements, ensuring correct and compliant label information.
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve SDS, labeling, or compliance-related issues.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Respond to customer compliance requests including RoHS, IMDS, CAMDS, and other product regulatory information needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance information is accurate and delivered on time.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience
- Experience in product regulatory compliance, chemical regulations, EHS, or a related function is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, or equivalent international standards.
- Experience working with or supporting compliance activities in APAC or international markets is an advantage.
- Exposure to multicultural or cross-border working environments is a plus.
Skills
- Strong understanding of chemical compliance principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear, actionable guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in regulatory databases, SDS authoring tools, and MS Office applications.
