We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the Supply Chain team with related functional tasks as well as general office administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office operations and customer service within a professional working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Supply Chain:
Provide support in preparing required documents, reports, correspondence, records, and presentations...
Essential functions:
+ Support in preparing and collecting supply chain and logistics documents
+ Support and keep track of any outbound and inbound shipments
+ Work with the warehouse to process delivery orders and follow up on the inventory
+ Manage and store payments and invoices
2. Support HR - assist in coordinating employee welfare activities and initiatives, such as monthly b-day, team-building and training programs.
3. Office administrative - perform internal/external support handling such as paperwork, phone calls, and the front desk.
4. Perform other tasks if required.

Education:
Fourth year students (preferably Female) in any discipline such as Economics, BA, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chains
Commitment to working full time in 06 months.
Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus
Experience:
No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university / social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chains and Warehouse
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Functional Skills:
Good skills for Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus
Other Abilities:
Good IT skills e.g. MS Office, Internet, etc. is a plus
Familiarity with software or applications is advantageous
