1. Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of HIL tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of automotive systems.
1) Develop test environment system and execute HIL tests for various automotive systems, including ICE/(P)HEV/EV systems.
2) Validate and verify embedded software through HIL testing focused on transmission / shift-by-wire control unit functionalities.
3) Develop, Manage, and maintain HIL test benches tailored for transmission/shift-by-wire control systems.
4) Integrate and test embedded software with HIL systems using CAN, K-line, and other communication protocols.
5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, system engineers, and project managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage for transmission/shift-by-wire control systems.
6) Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of HIL test failures related to transmission/shift-by-wire control.
7) Document test procedures, results, and anomalies in detail.
8) Ensure compliance with industry standards such as A-SPICE, ISO26262 (Functional Safety), and ISO21434 (Cyber Security).
9) Participate in continuous improvement activities related to testing methodologies, scenarios and tools for transmission/shift-by-wire control systems.
10) Ready for overseas business trips as required.

2. Job Requirement
Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and skills are also encouraged to apply
Competence:
• BSc or MSc degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or an equivalent education.
• Prefer to have experience in HIL testing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Understanding of static/dynamic test of embedded SW.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Matlab and Python.
• Hands-on experience with HIL tools and platforms like dSPACE, NI, or Vector.
• Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, K-line, Ethernet).
• Experience with diagnostic protocols such as UDS.
• Familiarity with tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, QAC, Matlab and Polyspace.
